Woo-hoo! It just doesn't get much better than yak-riding in Tibet at a 17,000-foot pass, and as you see, life was good that day last October."How good was it?" Beyond good: so overall memorable and wonderful that I am returning with Jeff for my second visit. As people ask me what I liked about Tibet, I reply "I was happy there."
I hope you each will find your own reasons to be happy in Tibet. It is not luxury travel, as was my recent cruise to Alaska, but I am delighted to return in just a few weeks. Another woman from our 2006 tour group is making her return trip, too.
